Information we collect
Contact and proposal forms receive the name, email address, business and project details you enter, together with form type, submission time, and a reference number.
Storage and purpose
Requests are processed on the private hosting server and stored in a data directory outside the public web path, where only authorized website administrators can review them and respond about the requested service. Forms do not ask for passwords, financial details, or sensitive documents.
Consent
A form cannot be submitted until you select the consent checkbox for processing the information to respond to your request. You may choose not to submit and use phone or email instead.
WhatsApp contact
You can open WhatsApp for +966 50 757 0734 with a prepared message or request summary. The website does not send the message automatically, and WhatsApp use is subject to its policies.
Protection and retention
Forms use browser-side and server-side validation, rate limiting, and a honeypot to reduce automated messages. Information is deleted when it is no longer operationally needed or when an accepted deletion request is completed, subject to applicable legal obligations.
